In Strength classes we take more time to deliberatively and critically focus on skills, set our goals and generally go heavy. Here we have the opportunity to bear down on specific movements and challenge our strength with true overload. In the Strength and Barbell classes we take the time, break down the moves and test our maximum abilities.
